Examination and Promotion

The institution follows a Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system to assess student performance holistically. Progress reports shall be issued to parents/guardians after each assessment and must be duly signed and returned within the stipulated timeframe.

Attendance in all examinations, including written, oral, and practical components, is mandatory. Leave during examinations shall be granted solely on medical grounds, subject to the submission of a valid medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.

 

Attendance Regulations

  • Applications for leave must be submitted in advance, except in cases of unforeseen or sudden illness.
  • A student’s name shall be liable to be struck off the rolls in the event of continuous absence exceeding one (1) month without prior intimation. Re-admission thereafter shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Principal.
  • A minimum attendance of seventy-five percent (75%) is mandatory for eligibility to appear in the final examinations.
  • Students returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease must produce a medical fitness certificate issued by a qualified medical practitioner.

Pre-Primary Section

  • Kindergarten (K.G.): Age group 4–5 years

Primary Section (Classes I–V)

Middle and Secondary Section (Classes VI–X)
