Sacred Soul’s Convent School firmly believes that education flourishes most effectively when there exists a harmonious partnership between parents and the institution. The school earnestly solicits the wholehearted cooperation of parents in upholding the following guidelines to ensure the holistic growth, discipline, and academic excellence of every child:

  1. Parents are requested to ensure that their children attend school punctually and regularly, attired in neat, clean, and proper uniform, reflecting discipline and dignity.
  1. Students must bring their textbooks, notebooks, and essential learning materials according to the prescribed timetable. Parents are requested to ensure that all books are properly labeled and maintained in an orderly manner.
  1. Homework and practice assignments should be completed regularly with sincerity. Parents are encouraged to establish a disciplined daily routine, ensuring adequate rest and early bedtime on weekdays.
  1. Parents are expected to abide by the school rules and maintain an active and constructive involvement in the academic and co-curricular activities of the institution.
  1. Students arriving late to school may be sent back home. Parents are requested to ensure punctuality to avoid academic disruption.
  1. Parents are requested to notify the school immediately in case of any change in address, contact number, or other important personal details to maintain effective communication.
  1. When corresponding with the Principal or school administration, parents must clearly mention the student’s name, class, and section to facilitate prompt and efficient communication.
  1. Any message intended for a teacher or student should be conveyed through the school office. Only in cases of genuine emergency will a student or teacher be called from the classroom.
  1. Parents are not permitted to meet students during school hours. In unavoidable circumstances, such as medical appointments, a written application must be submitted in advance and prior permission must be obtained.
  1. All items found on the school premises will be deposited in the Lost and Found section. Parents are requested to label all belongings of their children. Unclaimed articles at the end of the session will be donated to charitable organizations.
  1. As English is the medium of instruction, parents are encouraged to promote regular English conversation at home to enhance the linguistic proficiency and confidence of their children.
  1. Students are strictly prohibited from bringing valuables to school. The school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage. Wearing jewellery is not permitted and, if found, will be confiscated.
  1. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones, digital devices, iPods, cameras, or any electronic gadgets to the school premises.
  1. Parents are requested to ensure that students bring their tiffin and water bottles in the morning. For security and administrative reasons, items sent later during school hours will not be accepted.
