Fee Regulations
Sacred Soul’s Convent School, Kale Bhikhiwind
To ensure systematic administration and financial discipline, parents and guardians are requested to adhere to the following fee regulations:
- Parents/Guardians are requested to remit the school fee through Cash or Cheque at the school office on or before the 10th day of the first month of every quarter, namely April, July, and December.
- All cheques must be duly crossed and drawn in favour of Sacred Soul’s Convent School, Kale Bhikhiwind. The school shall not be held responsible for any discrepancy arising from incorrectly issued cheques.
- Tuition fees are payable in quarterly instalments during the months of April, July, and December. All dues must be cleared on or before the stipulated deadline to avoid inconvenience.
- In the event that the prescribed last date of payment coincides with a holiday, the fee may be remitted on the immediately succeeding working day without the imposition of any late fine.
- Fees for all quarters shall be accepted strictly through local Cash, Cheque, or Bank Draft only. No other mode of payment shall be entertained without prior authorization.
- Parents are advised to preserve fee receipts carefully as proof of payment for future reference.
- Timely payment of fees is highly appreciated, as it contributes significantly towards the smooth functioning and uninterrupted academic progress of the institution.
- Non-payment of fees within the stipulated period may attract late charges or administrative action as per school policy.
