Admission and Withdrawal Policy

Admission

1.1 Admission to Nursery and Kindergarten shall be granted to children who have attained the age of three (3) and four (4) years respectively, as on the 15th day of April of the relevant academic year.

1.2 Applicants seeking admission from a recognized educational institution shall mandatorily produce a valid School Leaving Certificate at the time of admission.

1.3 In the case of inter-state transfers, such School Leaving Certificate must be duly countersigned by the competent authority, namely the Inspector of Schools or any other authorized official.

1.4 The enrolment form, together with all requisite documents, shall be completed and submitted by the parent or legal guardian with due diligence and accuracy. The date of birth once recorded therein shall be final, binding, and not subject to any modification under any circumstances.

 

Withdrawal

2.1 A minimum notice period of one (1) calendar month in writing shall be provided prior to the withdrawal of a pupil. In lieu of such notice, payment equivalent to one (1) month’s tuition fee shall be made.

2.2 All fees, dues, and other financial liabilities owed to the institution must be fully discharged prior to the issuance of the School Leaving Certificate.

2.3 In the event that a pupil is withdrawn during the month of May, the fees for the succeeding month of June shall remain payable in full.

2.4 The School Leaving Certificate shall be issued strictly upon the complete settlement of all outstanding dues and fulfillment of all institutional requirements.

Grounds for Compulsory Withdrawal

The institution reserves the right to require the withdrawal of a pupil on any of the following grounds:

  1. a) Persistent indiscipline or misconduct
  2. b) Unsatisfactory academic performance or lack of adequate scholastic progress
  3. c) Non-payment or default in payment of prescribed fees

 

Eligibility Criteria

4.1 Admission shall be strictly subject to the availability of seats.

4.2 The decision to grant admission shall be based on an evaluation of the applicant’s academic record and co-curricular performance at the previous institution.
